These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at https://www.invyteonly.com and/or the InvyteOnly mobile application (collectively, the "Platform"), made available by InvyteOnly India Private Limited ("InvyteOnly", "Company", "we", "us", or "our").

The terms "you" and "your" refer to any person who accesses or uses the Platform. These Terms must be read together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Community Guidelines.
We will be sending you informative and promotional communications related to our services via SMS, Emails, RCS and Whatsapp.
The Platform is governed by the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, and other applicable Indian laws. If you access the Platform from outside India, you do so at your own risk.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform or these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
InvyteOnly is a social and invitation-based digital platform enabling users to connect, communicate, share content, and participate in events and communities. Certain features may require OTP-based authentication and device permissions.
Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.
You agree to provide accurate and lawful information and not impersonate others.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You shall not post or transmit unlawful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or harmful content or violate any applicable laws.
You retain ownership of your content. By posting content, you grant InvyteOnly a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use such content solely for operating and improving the Platform.
InvyteOnly is an intermediary under Section 2(1)(w) of the Information Technology Act, 2000. We do not initiate, select, modify, or endorse user-generated content.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.
InvyteOnly, including its founders, directors, officers, employees, partners, and affiliates, acts solely as a technology platform and intermediary as defined under Section 2(1)(w) of the Information Technology Act, 2000.
InvyteOnly does not initiate, select, modify, monitor, control, endorse, verify, or guarantee any user-generated content, user behaviour, communications, invitations, interactions, or events conducted on or through the Platform.
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Indian laws, InvyteOnly shall not be responsible or liable for any misconduct, defamation, harassment, abuse, threats, scams, fraud, impersonation, misrepresentation, or unlawful acts committed by users or third parties, whether online or offline.
Users interact with others at their own risk. InvyteOnly expressly disclaims all civil and criminal liability, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from user conduct, third-party actions, or offline interactions.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless InvyteOnly, its founders, directors, officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, content, conduct, or violation of these Terms or applicable laws.
This clause shall survive termination of your account.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
